CrowdTuesday: European crowdfunding trends in equity and lending. 19 September 2019. Frankfurt

In 2019, CrowdTuesday once more hits Frankfurt on a Thursday. The event will mainly focus on:

“European crowdfunding trends in equity and lending”

Security Token Offerings are slowly becoming an integral part of the (alternative) finance industry. Accordingly, this CrowdTuesday will evaluate the market participants’ and the authorities’ experience and the practical and regulatory challenges with regard to offerings of security tokens. Another focus will be the current developments of (crowd)lending, in particular considering the intended harmonization on EU level with regard to crowdfunding service providers. This CrowdTuesday is also covering the corresponding legal situation in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg.
