Crowdfunding platforms, backers and investors, have your say with Crowdfunding for culture!

Connecting communities by awareness and trust creation

In the EU-funded project Crowdfunding4Culture we have formulated recommendations to set up a Cultural and Creative Sectors’ (CCS) Crowdfunding Community. We invite you to discuss, amend and validate the proposed recommendations and to indicate which actions serve you best.

Join this open and inclusive policy exercise and have a say on how to better:

1) connect communities through awareness and trust,

2)  link communities through match-funding and

3) set-up a relevant European website to support the creation of a CCS Crowdfunding community.

How to participate?

Join the discussion by registering here. Then share your opinion and expertise by commenting and voting on the suggested actions. We encourage you to also invite other people to participate in the discussion. The goal is to collect knowledge, expertise and opinions from diverse sources.

Sign up now and share your comments and votes to help shape, create and kickstart the CCS Crowdfunding Community !

We invite all European crowdfunding platforms active in the cultural and creative sectors, investors and backers who have contributed to crowdfunding projects of this kind to take the surveys on Crowdfunding4Culture.

The questionnaires have been launched on (available in English/French/German). With these we want to hear the views on and experiences with crowdfunding of cultural and creative projects of platforms, investors and project owners themselves, whether or not they have already used crowdfunding or are considering to do so in the future. The survey is one of the cornerstones of the EU funded project Crowdfunding4Culture, which wants to find out how crowdfunding can benefit cultural and creative activities.
Once you took the survey or if you don’t fit int the right target, we would very much appreciate if you could help us spread the word about the #Crowdfunding4Culture survey. How?
  • Share the survey and the website with your network on social media, on your own website, through newsletter messages or other.
